AN ON-LINE CALIBRATION METHOD OF INFRARED THERMOMETRY

A correcting method of an infrared thermometry in on-line is provided to obtain more reliable temperature information in a rolling and cooling processes of an iron manufacturing process. A correcting method of an infrared thermometry(8) in on-line includes the steps of: positioning an on-line compensation device(10) on a temperature measurement point of the infrared thermometry designated to be compensated, wherein the on-line compensation device maintains a temperature of the top and bottom uniformly; measuring a temperature of the on-line compensation device with the infrared thermometry according to a heating temperature while heating the on-line compensation device in a range of compensation; and compensating the infrared thermometry into a true temperature of the on-line compensation device by comparing the true temperature of the on-line compensation device with the temperature measured by the infrared thermometry.
