A method for manufacturing black dope-dyed elastic yarns, and black dope-dyed elastic yarns manufactured by the same are provided to extend an exchange period and improve spinning processability by maintaining an excellent dispersion state of carbon black in polymer, reveal deep colors and uniform chromaticity, and improve cleaning fastness. Carbon black is coated with an organic matter. The coated carbon black is injected into polymer for manufacturing elastic yarns. The organic matter is selected from a group consisting of Teflon, hexamethyldisilazane, silane, polyorganosiloxane, and stearic acid.
