An FRP grid panel(20) is manufactured by piling and joining unit FRP grid panels(30), which are manufactured by impregnating many glass fiber mats in resins and piling on the upper and lower parts of a latticed FRP grid made with fiber panels, in many layers using resins; and installed on a bridge deck(10) the upper structure of a bridge by inserting and connecting the FRP grid panels, which are manufactured in the appointed standards according to the width and length of the existing deteriorated bridge, into a retreated groove of a shear key(22) formed on the FRP grid panel and joining a shear connection(21) having the shear key with resins.
