An indoor static test apparatus for measuring the tire characteristics with a tire specimen is provided to analyze the efficiency of a tire after an accident by using the tire specimen. An indoor static test apparatus for measuring the tire characteristics with a tire specimen includes a base plate(200), an air bladder(230), an actuator(240), and a jig(220). The tire specimen is installed in the base plate. The air bladder is installed in the tire specimen and supplies a pneumatic pressure to the tire specimen. The actuator is integrally formed with the air bladder to apply a vertical load. The jig is installed in the actuator to fix a bead portion of the tire specimen.
