A RESEARCHING SYSTEM USING A ISOLATED SEARCH STATION

A system for researching customer opinions with an isolated terminal is provided to offer correctness and reliability for a research by obtaining the customer opinion from real customers directly related to the research, as the terminal directly connected to a server is installed to a specific place or is moved by a researcher. The terminal(100) includes a customer opinion questionnaire corresponding to a research mode of an integrated server(200) and receives selection from the customers by displaying the questionnaire. The integrated server receives/stores contents inputted/selected by the customers to a database by directly connecting to the terminal and performs analysis by processing data stored in the database according to a processing condition of the research mode. The terminal includes a keypad for receiving the selection for the questionnaire from the customer, a CPU controlling each component to transmit the selection inputted from the customer to the integrated server, a memory, a display part, a network part communicating with the integrated server, and an interface for connecting to an external device.
