COMPOSITION OF NANO-SILVER SEALANT UTILIZING PETROLEUM HYDROCARBON AS REACTIVE DILUENT, NANO-SILVER SEALANT AND PREPARATION METHOD USES THEREOF

Nano-silver sealant composition comprising petroleum hydrocarbon as a diluent is provided to produce nano-silver sealant with increase of nano-silver particle distribution and improve anti-microbial and anti-fungal abilities as well as adhesiveness of the sealant, thereby appropriately preventing microbial contamination by adding petroleum hydrocarbon to raw materials of the sealant. The composition comprises: 8-40wt.% of polymethylsiloxane; 4-25wt.% of cross-linking agent; 15-75wt.% of filler; 11.99999-20wt.% of petroleum hydrocarbon; 1-2wt.% of aminosilane; and 0.00001-0.1wt.% of nano-silver particles. The cross-linking agent is any one selected from methyloximino silane, vinyloximino silane, methyltrimethoxy silane alone or combination thereof. The filler is any one selected from fumed silica, quartz powder, calcium carbonate powder, precipitated silica and diatomite. The composition is used to manufacture a sealant containing petroleum hydrocarbon as the diluent.
