MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WOOD CHIPPER FOR RECYCLING OF WASTE WOODS WITH METALLIC MATERIAL AND APPARATUS THEREOF

A sawdust producing method and a device for recycling waste woods containing metallic materials are provided to produce veneer boards for furniture by compressing the crushed waste woods into solid materials and then pulverizing rod-shaped compressed materials into sawdust. The sawdust producing method for recycling waste woods containing metallic materials comprises first and second crushing steps of crushing the waste woods containing metallic materials; a ferrous scrap separation step of separating ferrous scraps(52) while transferring the crushed waste woods along a transfer conveyor(22); a compression step of compressing the crushed waste woods separated from the ferrous scraps into rod-shaped solid materials; and a sawdust making step of producing sawdust by putting the compressed solid materials into a sawdust producing device.
