A method of making a mold for producing confectioneries, breads and cookies with shape of three-dimensional character by using kaolin for white porcelain is provided. The method enables expression of three dimensional and detailed portion of the character on the food products and increases the useful period of time of the mold by use of kaolin for white porcelain. A jig is made to have the shape of a three-dimensional character and filled with silicon to complete an external mold which is poured with paraffin wax to replicate the model. The completed paraffin mold is filled with kaolin for white porcelain or finished with hands to give a basic external mold. Thereafter, the basic external mold is dried and first biscuit fired at 800deg.C in a kiln to melt the paraffin mold; and the first biscuit fired basic external mold is thinly applied with a glaze and then re-fired at 1,300deg.C.
