METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PARTIALLY SCANNING AND COPYING OF SECURITY DOCUMENT USING RFID IN SCANNER DRIVER

A method and a device for partial scanning/copying with an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) in a scanner driver are provided to prevent a specific area of documents from copying/scanning with the scanner driver by easily inputting security information of the document to an RFID tag and easily treating the information stored in the RFID tag except an outputting time point. A tag document checker(200) checks whether the RFID tag is attached in the document by executing the scanner driver if the document is put on a stage glass of a scanner. A task selection UI(User Interface)(220) outputs a screen for selecting a document task in case that the document is attached with the RFID tag. An area setting UI(240) provides a UI for setting up an area if the area is not set to the document. A tag document generator(260) generates the document attached with the RFID tag by storing the set area information to the RFID tag if the area is set to the document. A partial scanning/copying part(280) scans or copies the part excluding the set area by reading contents of the RFID tag in the case that the area is set to the document.
