A viscous fluid-filled damper and a mounting structure of the viscous fluid-filled damper are provided to easily judge whether a mixing shaft is sufficiently inserted into a mixing concave part and simplify a mounting process. A shaft mounting part(32), connected with a shaft installed in a supporting body or a supported body, is formed in a soft part of at least one of the supporting body and the supported body. The shaft mounting part(32) has a shaft insertion hole(32a) and a window hole(32b). The shaft insertion hole(32a) contains the shaft. The window hole(32b) has a hole which is crossed with the shaft insertion hole(32) and is opened at a side of the shaft mounting part(32).
