The present invention relates to a dual band antenna device comprising a dielectric substrate (6) . Microstrip transmission line (4) on a first surface of the dielectric substrate is disposed , the first surface and a second surface opposite to the ground plate 7 is disposed , the microstrip transmission lines 4 is first disposed the dielectric pellet 5 is mounted on the surface . The first surface of the dielectric substrate , an inverted L-shaped flat antenna (PILA) component (1) is equipped with a split into two , PILA component (1) is first brought into contact with and extending over the surface of the dielectric pellet (5) and a arm portion 2 and the second arm (3) . The first arm and the second arm unit area in contact with the surface of the dielectric pellet is different from each other. The antenna device of the present invention is preferably configured to operate in the 2.4GHz frequency band and the 5.9GHz frequency band .
