A device for activating a multi-mode physiological mechanism and a remote healthcare service method using the same are provided to offer voice or music having a healthcare and curing effect as a dual-mode stimulus of a sound and electric wave, and offer a customized healthcare service customized by using a converter offering the dual-mode stimulus. A multi-mode stimulus output part(34) comprising a data input part(31) receiving a sound source, an audio output part restoring/outputting the sound source to an audio output tool like a speaker(6), and an electric stimulus output electrode(7) outputs the sound source as the electric stimulus. A user interface(33) controls/monitors an input, playback, and operation state of the sound source. The data input part receives a digitized voice/sound file, and comprises a network interface module(311) for downloading the file from a server system(1) through the network and/or a storage device interface module(312) for receiving the file from various kinds of storage devices(4).
