A female part for a fastener is provided to secure firm sealing through the same into which the fastener is inserted and the panel having a hole. A female part(1) for a fastener aligned with a hole of a panel and having a radially extending part to contact the panel receives screws and includes a drive accommodating unit. The radially extending part includes a ring made of a thermally melting adhesive(6) to surround the female part on a supporting surface(5) facing the panel. The thermally melting adhesive is melted by rotational friction. The female part includes an inner driver accommodating unit. The female part further includes an outer driver accommodating unit. The radially extending part is made in the form of a radial flange(2). The radially extending part is made in the form of a cone shape. An adhesive layer extends to the female part. The flange has openings to allow the melted thermally melting adhesive to pass through. The thickness of the flange decreases outwardly in the radial direction.
