A structure for inspecting corrosion of steel concrete structures in bridges and buildings and a method for inspecting by using the same are provided to reduce accidents and save costs of measurement by providing the simple method of inspection of a degree of corrosion in bridges and buildings. In a structure for inspecting corrosion of steel concrete structures in bridges and buildings, the steel concrete structure(1) is cured after an additional test steel bar except for a reinforcing steel bar is inserted into a top side of the steel concrete structure. The additional test steel bar is located from one side to the other side of the steel concrete structure, cut and bent with a U-shape, and located on a tip of the test steel bar to be easily inspected. First and second test terminals(20,21) are connected to each end of the test steel bar so as to be exposed to the outside. It is preferable that the test steel bar is made of the same material with the reinforcing steel bar used at the steel concrete structure.
