A SCHEME AND A DEVICE TO SUPPORT MULTI CHANNEL IN A ZIGBEE/INTERNET GATEWAY

A method for supporting a multi-channel in a ZigBee/Internet gateway and a device therefor are provided to comprise synchronous nodes equipped with a lot of ZigBee channels, thereby widening transmission bandwidths, while another ZigBee synchronous node can process an operation though one ZigBee synchronous node fails in the operation. Plural ZigBee nodes wirelessly transceive signals with plural ZigBee synchronous nodes(40) at users' requests. With help of a gateway(1), data transceived from the plural ZigBee synchronous nodes(40) are connected to the Internet. The gateway(1) collects the data transceived from the ZigBee synchronous nodes(40), and transceives the collected data with a main processor(10) by a data transmission multiplexer. The gateway(1) collects control signals transceived from the synchronous nodes(40), and transceives the collected signals with the main processor(10) by a control signal processing multiplexer(20).
