PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a slice position to follow the change of the position of an organ each time when imaging is repeated not less than twice by sandwiching a breath-holding time.;SOLUTION: The following steps are repeated not less than twice in following order: imaging steps for a navigator (K1, K4) to image an MR image having an imaging area including the diaphragm in a state where the breath is held; diaphragm position acquiring steps (C1, C3) to analyze the navigator image and acquire the position of the diaphragm; imaging steps (K3, K6) to image a desired sliced MR image in a state where the breath is held; and a breath taking step for restarting respiration. A position, which is obtained by correcting the slice position for the first imaging by a difference between the position of the diaphragm in the first imaging and the position of the diaphragm after the second imaging, is adopted as the slice position after the second imaging. Consequently, the slice position is allowed to follow the change of the position of the organ which is caused by the deviation of a breath-holding timing each time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
