An LCR circulation and filtration unit is provided to circulate and filtrate refined water to a water reservoir by separately eliminating floating particles and polluted water. The LCR circulation and filtration unit includes a polluted water inlet pipe(110) flowing polluted water from the exterior, a polluted water purifying member(120) communicating with the polluted water inlet pipe for purifying the polluted water in a primary stage, an inner tank(130) equipped with the polluted water inlet pipe and the polluted water purifying member to an inner space thereof for discharging sludge and foreign materials toward the exterior through a polluted water discharge pipe(133), and an outer tank(140) for discharging purified water through a swirl pipe(142) and a purified water discharge pipe(141).
