PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part building reinforcing agent which is cured at room temperature only by application thereof to a surface of a foundation or an outer wall of a building as an adherend, thereby improving the strength and durability of the building together with the adherend, wherein the two-part building reinforcing agent is good in adhesiveness and permeability to the adherend, high in strength with respect to compression and bending, excellent in durability and workability in the job site, and to provide a hardener for use in the two-part building reinforcing agent. PSOLUTION: The two-part building reinforcing agent is formed of a main agent and the hardener which are mixed with each other to exhibit hardening performance when used. The main agent is selected from the group consisting of an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, a polyurethane resin, and a polyester resin. The hardener is comprised of a fibrous material.
