The pumping unit includes resilient air bags(I,II) having an introduction hole(IV) and a discharge hole(V). The J pumping unit includes an introduction hole and a discharge hole. The J pumping unit performs a connection opposite movement when the air bag is introduced or discharged. The rotation unit transfers the pneumatic pressure to a rotating shaft.
