Additionally, it is provided a kind of method for producing etched metal material, includes the following steps: that (1) bonding metal foil and substrate are radiated by above-mentioned contact adhesive with its bonding force disappearance actinic energy; (2) selective etch metal foil is carried out, to obtain etching metal layer; (3) combine etching metal layer laminate by basement membrane, contact adhesive has its active energy beam bonding force disappearance type etching metal layer and insulating substrate; (4) process that above-mentioned base material film is removed from above-mentioned etching metal layer wherein at least carries out an active energy beam and is radiated at step (1), but (4) before step.
