CMOS MIXER FOR USE IN A DIRECT CONVERSION RECEIVER

A CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) mixer for use in a direct conversion receiver is provided to improve a flicker noise and signal conversion, and to reduce power consumption by using a current bleeding circuit and two inductors. A CMOS mixer for a direct conversion receiver includes a plurality of FETs(Field Effect Transistor)(M1-M6), a current source(IBias), two load resistors(RLoad), another FET(M21), and two inductors. The field effect transistor(M21) forms a current bleeding circuit. All components except the two inductors form a Gilbert cell mixer.
