A laser induced transfer image device and a method of fabricating a light emitting display device using the same are provided to minimize an adhering phenomenon between a film and an organic layer by forming a vacuum hole at a position spaced apart from an end of a substrate. A support holder(410) has an area wider than that of a substrate, and contacts with the substrate to support the substrate. At least one first vacuum hole(411) is formed on the support holder at a position spaced apart from a border line of the substrate at a given distance. A transfer layer(455) is formed on an upper portion of the support holder to cover the substrate and the first vacuum hole. A second vacuum hole(413) is formed in a portion of the support hole contacting the substrate. An auxiliary support is installed between the border line of the substrate and the border line of the first vacuum hole.
