A method for providing QoS using a flow label in providing a multimedia service in an IPv6 network, and a system applied with the same are provided to easily classify sessions and perform a forwarding process with security of QoS. A signal connecting server(110) includes a call request signal transmitting unit(112), a ring signal transmitting unit(114), a session information transmitting unit(116), and a call request response signal transmitting unit(118). The call request signal transmitting unit(112) detects destination information at a call request signal transmitted from a source in an IPv6 network, and transmits the call request signal to the detected destination information. The ring signal transmitting unit(114) receives a ring signal transmitted from the destination receiving the call request signal, and detects the source from the ring signal, and transmits the ring signal to the detected source. The session information transmitting unit(116) receives a call request response signal transmitted from the destination for the transmitted call request signal, detects session information, and transmits the detected session information to a QoS providing server. The call request response signal transmitting unit(118) sets a session with security of QoS between the destination and the source by transmitting the call request response signal received from the destination to the source if QoS setting finishing information is received from the QoS providing server in correspondence to a session key of the transmitted session information.
