METHOD FOR PROCESSING SOFTWARE ERRORS IN MULTITHREADED BASED APPLICATION SYSTEMS

A method for processing software errors in a multithreaded based application system is provided to keep services without affecting entire function and needing additional overhead while stopping the service for a failed client or function by checking occupied resource information of a failed thread, and processing the failed thread with a function corresponding to the checked resources information. The operating thread and the resource information occupied by the operating thread are managed(101). After the thread and an error type are detected when the software error is generated, the occupied resource information of the failed thread is checked by using a thread ID(102). The failed thread is removed from a task list and the resources of the failed thread are collected by using the function corresponding to a type of the occupied resources(103). The failed thread is terminated(104).
