A scheduling method and a system robust to a channel estimation error in a wireless communication system are provided to improve the transmission performance and reduce the deterioration of performance according to estimation error by independently scheduling according to classified user groups. A scheduling method robust to a channel estimation error in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: classifying multi users into at least two user groups according to a channel state element which has influence on channel estimation correctness for each of a plurality of channels(11,12); and independently scheduling for each of the classified user groups(13). In the scheduling step, the classified user groups use different scheduling processes. The channel state element which has influence on the channel estimation correctness is one of an average SINR(Signal-to-Interference-and Noise Ratio), an average doppler frequency, and an average power delay spectrum.
