NOVEL TURFGRASS CULTIVAR OF CHEONGSONG POA PRATENSIS L

摘要

A novel turfgrass cultivar of Poa pratensis L.(Cheongsong) is provided to prepare high quality turfgrass surface by increasing green period, growth rate and individual density, and improving resistance against disease, dryness and cold. The novel turfgrass cultivar of Poa pratensis L.(Cheongsong) has the properties of (a) green period of about 10 months, (b) leaf color of dark green, (c) plant height of 25.5-26.5 cm, leaf length of 20.5-21.5 cm, leaf width of 2.9-3.1 mm, and earing stem length of 61.5-62.5 cm, (d) earing amount of 7 score and rapid maturation degree, and (e) bands shown at B of OPB-4 primer, D of OPB-10 primer and A of OPB-18 primer, and bands not shown at C of OPB-4 primer, OPB-7 primer, OPB-8 primer and OPB-20 primer, and A and B of OPB-15 primer which are analyzed by using RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA).
