METHOD OF CULTURE FOR INONOTUS OBLIQUUS USING GRAIN

A method for mass production of Chaga(Inonotus obliquus) mycelium by extracting mycelium containing melanin pigments from Chaga and culturing cereals or herbs with the Chaga mycelium containing melanin pigments is provided. The obtained Chaga mycelium contains melanin pigments of Chaga and has the efficacy of herbs. The Chaga mycelium is prepared by the steps of: extracting mycelium containing melanin pigments from Chaga and subjecting to washing and sterilizing treatment; hydrating one or more cereals or herbs selected from various cereals or herbs to a moisture content of 60 to 70% and filling into a bottle; inoculating the cereals or herbs with the mycelium containing melanin pigments and culturing at 23 to 25deg.C for 6 to 8 days; drying the cereal or herbs at 40 to 60deg.C for 30 days. The cereals contain wheat, barley, bean, rice and brown rice. The herbs contain ginseng, Codonopsis Lanceolata Root, Platycodon root, Astragalus root and Lycium root.
