The construction method for a high-strength high-pressure injection pile using weathered residual soil comprises the steps of perforating the ground with a perforation portion by rotating a body portion, cutting the inside of the perforated ground by jetting out cutting water by a cutting nozzle, and forming a pile by rotating the body portion and jetting out cement hardener and inorganic stabilizer, water and inorganic stabilizer to the ground via two horizontal injection nozzles of the body portion and a vertical injection nozzle of the perforation portion.
