METHOD FOR RESERVATION RECORDING OF SERIES PROGRAM IN DIGITAL BROADCASTING RECEIVER

A method for reservation-recording a series program in a digital broadcasting receiver is provided to allow a user to determine whether to record a series program including a rebroadcasting program or record the series program except the rebroadcasting program. A series reservation recording information on a series program is received from a user and stored(S220). A reservation recording list with respect to the series program included in the series reservation recording information is generated and stored using EPG(Electronic Program Guide) information which is periodically updated and stored. When a program which is required to be currently recorded exists in the reservation recording list, the program is stored in a storage medium of a digital broadcasting receiver.
