A system and a method for processing a payment approval of an integrated card corresponding to member shop information, and a payment approval processing device and a recording medium for the same are provided to process the payment approval of an integrated card by using the first or second card information according to payment card selection condition information of a member shop. An information storing part stores payment card selection condition information to a storage medium(135). An information reader(510) reads the member shop information and the card information from a payment approval request message when the message of using the integrated card is received. An information checker(515) checks whether the first and second card information linked with the read card information is found in the storage medium. A payment approval processor processes the payment approval by using the first or second card information based on the payment card selection condition information of the member shop if the linked first and second card information is found.
