A device, a method, and a system for processing a payment approval of a check card, and a recording medium thereof are provided to process the payment approval by generating and using a cash service or a card loan if a payment account of the check card is insufficient to pay a payment approval request amount. An information checker checks credit level information of a customer using the check card. An information calculator calculates a cash service or card loan amount available to the checked credit level information of the customer. An information comparator determines the payment approval using the calculated amount by comparing the calculated amount with whole payment amount or a shortage. A cash service/card loan processor(635) generates the cash service or the card loan by taking credit of the customer as security if the payment approval is enabled by using the calculated amount. A payment approval processor(615) processes the payment approval using the check card by using the generated cash service or card loan.
