A base station device having a sector combination structure for improving uplink performance of an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access) system is provided to bind separately operating receiving paths to process receiving signals of all sectors in basebands of the corresponding sectors, thereby obtaining diversity effect. A base station comprises as follows. N modem units(130,230,330) receive signals from all RF(Radio Frequency) units(110,120,210,220,310,320) of each sector to combine M*N receiving signals, and extract signals of self sectors. The M RF units transmit RF signals individually received to self sectors to the N modem units divided by each sector within the base station.
