摘要

An ink path structure, an ink jet print head having the ink path structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a driving frequency of the ink jet print head by increasing ink refill speed in an ink chamber. An ink path structure comprises an ink feed hole(112), a substrate, a plurality of ink chambers(122), a restrictor(124), a chamber layer, a nozzle layer, a first stopper(151), and a second stopper(152). The ink feed hole is formed on the substrate for feeding ink to the ink chambers. The chamber layer is laminated on the substrate and has the ink chambers and the restrictor. The nozzle layer has a plurality of nozzles and is laminated on the chamber layer. The first stopper is protruded on an inner wall of the chamber layer between the ink chamber and the restrictor and is capable of being protruded on both side walls of the chamber layer. The second stopper is formed having a gap from the first stopper to the ink chamber.
