A fastening pad for mitigating knee pain is provided to reduce the knee pain while securing a user's activity and protecting a joint part from an outside impact, and to improve ventilation and antibiosis using a latex material. The fastening pad for mitigating knee pain includes: a body part(10) closely adhered to a rear part of the knee; and a branch part(20) formed by respectively dividing both ends of the body part into upper and lower parts so as to apply pressure to upper and lower parts of the kneecap respectively, and wound on the upper and lower parts of the kneecap. The branch part has a tube(30) embedded therein so as to apply pressure to the kneecap elastically.
