A method and a system for recording personal daily life using voice/video calls in wire/wireless communication networks are provided to simply record and manage each individual daily life using an existing voice or video telephony system or a voice memo function embedded in a terminal. A terminal(200) transmits a call origination request signal containing a voice recording request signal to a switching center(220) through access to a special number. The switching center transmits the call origination request signal to a voice recording ARS(Auto Response System)(230) according to the voice recording request signal. The voice recording ARS provides a voice recording announcement message to the terminal. The terminal executes voice recording according to the voice recording announcement message. The voice recording ARS transmits the recorded sound source and terminal information containing user information to a multimedia storage server. The voice recording ARS transmits a call release request signal through the switching center and releases the call with the terminal.
