An apparatus for purifying harmful gases by using an ultra-high temperature and quick heating MoSi2 heating element is provided to improve the fluid-heating efficiency and prevent the heating element from being damaged when gas with a high flow amount and a high flow rate is flown in by using a MoSi2 heating element that is a high temperature heating element. In a harmful gas purification apparatus for incinerating harmful gases to purify the harmful gases, an apparatus for purifying harmful gases by using an ultra-high temperature and quick heating MoSi2 heating element comprises: a reaction furnace that can be opened and closed; a reaction chamber installed in an inner space of the reaction furnace to purify a fluid passing through the reaction chamber; and a heating element for heating a fluid passing through the reaction chamber, wherein the heating element comprises a non-heating part, and a heating part made from a MoSi2 material.
