摘要

An electron emission source including a carbon-based material and a metal carbonate, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electron emission device including the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by using metal carbonate particles. An electron emission source includes a first substrate(110), a cathode electrode(120), an electron emission source(150), a gate electrode(140), and an insulator layer(130). The cathode electrode and the electron emission source are arranged on the first substrate. The gate electrode is electrically isolated from the cathode electrode. The insulator layer is arranged between the cathode electrode and the gate electrode in order to isolate electrically the cathode electrode and the gate electrode from each other. The electron emission source includes a carbon-based material and a metal carbonate.
