A three-point pressing type inside knee tension band is provided to enable a patient to walk without pain by expanding an air tube formed on an inside knee tension using an air pump. A three-point pressing type inside-knee tension band includes an inside knee tension(10) wrapping a joint portion of a user's inside knee, an air tube(20) disposed between a lower band and an upper band of the inside knee tension, a front knee protection portion(70) extending from one portion of the inside knee tension, an air pump(30) installed on the front knee protection portion for injecting air into the air tube, an inner fastening portion(11) extending from the front knee protection portion and having a velcro tape and a tension ring(31), a rear knee protection portion(13) extending from the other portion of the inside knee tension, and an outer fastening portion(40) having a velcro tape formed on an inner portion thereof.
