A trans-type parking building is provided to move vehicles in a horizontal or vertical direction, or rotate the vehicles by using one lift device in a parking building having a multi-layer in the shape of a rectangle. A trans-type parking building includes a lift device. The lift device includes a lifting frame(41), a horizontal frame(42), a rotation frame(43), and a vehicle transferring unit(50). The lifting frame(41) is vertically lifted along a vertical passage. The horizontal frame(42) is positioned on the lifting frame(41) so that the horizontal frame(42) is lifted with the lifting frame(41). The horizontal frame(42) horizontally moves in a line direction along a horizontal passage. The rotation frame(43) is rotatably installed on the horizontal frame(42). The vehicle transferring unit(50) is installed on the rotation frame(43) such that the vehicle transferring unit(50) is extended from the rotation frame(43). The vehicle transferring unit(50) lifts vehicles and moves the vehicles inward and outward.
