The present invention, including identical charge transfer switch circuit, are used to selectively control the body bias voltage for the charge transfer device being disclosed about the voltage generation circuit of promotion. Pass through the electric charge transfer for showing to be connected between supply voltage and free signal, and the charge transfer switch circuit of one first control signal of capacitor and second control signal, and one boost capacitor be coupled between the first node and second node and its grid for the other end for being connected to capacitor be connected grid, and the first transistor of second transistor is in first node and the second body transistor, and it is coupled between the first control signal of first grid third transistor and is connected, connection between the volume and ground voltage and second control signal of second transistor is attached to the 4th transistor of its grid. Charge transfer switch circuit, works as electric charge transfer, and the draining by connecting most of second transistor to first node is lowered the threshold the voltage raising charge transfer effciency of second transistor. Then, charge transfer switch circuit, when free operation increases the threshold voltage of second transistor of rate by the most of second transistor of connection by second transistor to the anti-backflow of ground voltage.
