A rechargeable electric pocket-warmer and a pocket-warmer having an additional function of a portable auxiliary power source are provided to utilize the entire output of a secondary battery by installing thermal conductive films on upper and lower surfaces of the secondary battery to maintain the temperature of the secondary battery at 25~30 degrees. A rechargeable electric pocket-warmer includes a secondary battery(10), thermal conductive films(20), plane heaters(30), a recharging controller for recharging the secondary battery, and a case. The secondary battery(10) is connected to the recharging controller. The plane heaters(30) are positioned on upper and lower sides of the secondary battery(10). The secondary battery(10) is electrically connected to the plane heaters(30). The thermal conductive films(20) are inserted between the secondary battery(10) and the plane heaters(30). The secondary battery(10), the thermal conductive films(20), the plane heaters, and the recharging controller are installed in the case.
