A structure for reinforcing an outer part of a water pipe buried underground is provided to prevent the pipe from being damaged or freezing and to improve durability of the pipe body and the connection part. A structure for reinforcing an outer part of a water pipe(20) buried underground comprises a supporting rib, an assembly groove, a reinforcing structure, a spiral wire, a clamp port, a fixing metal wire, and an injection port(34). The supporting rib is assembled by the spiral wire corresponding to a predetermined width. An outer wall with the assembly groove is projected on the supporting rib. The reinforcing structure is formed at one side of the outer wall. The reinforcing structure is wound on an outer surface of the pipe to correspond to the width of the outer wall, by using the spiral wire. The clamp port is inserted to the assembly groove. The fixing metal wire clamps the clamp port. The injection port is drilled to fill a hard foam or a cement mortar.
