An industrial goggle and a protection hood having the same goggle mounted thereon are provided to protect pollution of a protection glass by forming a film member on the front portion of a protection glass. An industrial goggle includes a body(100), a protection glass(200), a film member(300), a film transfer unit, a body cover(500), and an elastic fixing member(600). A body view window(110) is formed on the front portion of the body(100). The film member is formed on the front side of the protection glass(200), and is wound from one side to the other side of a front portion of the body. The film transfer unit is formed on the both sides of the front portion of the body, and controls the winding and unwinding of the film member(300). The elastic fixing member(600) is coupled to the both sides of the body.
