An electrolysis system using combined generation of renewable energy, tidal power, tidal current power and wave power which easily generates electricity in an environmentally friendly and inexpensive manner, and can produce hydrogen energy and fuel cells by performing the electrolysis process using electric energy generated inexpensively and environmentally friendly is provided. An electrolysis system using combined generation of tidal power, tidal current power and wave power comprises the steps of: piling up a tide embankment(13) to form a high water surface(16) at a tidal current-flowing side and form a low water surface(11) at an opposite side to the tidal current-flowing side, thereby causing a water surface height deviation to be generated; connecting an expansion tank(18), a power generator(6), an expansion tank(9) with a fluid pump(8), and a fluid flow conduit(10) to a fluid flow conduit(17) on an upper part of the tide embankment higher than the high water surface; operating the fluid pump(8) to remove air contained in the fluid flow conduit, the expansion tank(18), the power generator(6), the expansion tank(9), and the fluid flow conduit(10), flowing water into a fluid inlet(15) through a fan of the power generator to generate electrical energy, and discharging energy of the tidal power, tidal current power and wave power and the fluid flow to a fluid outlet(12) via the fluid flow conduit(10); and transmitting the generated electrical energy to an electrolyzer(2), thereby flowing a current(19) through a positive electrode(DC)(4) and a negative electrode(DC)(5) to produce a product through electrolysis by changing properties of an electrolyte(1).
