A polymer plasticizer composition is provided to be superior in loss on heating, migration resistance, and extraction resistance and exhibit excellent processability due to a good viscosity characteristic thereof without deteriorating mechanical properties of polymer resin. A polymer plasticizer composition comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of linear polyester compounds represented by the following formula (A) and linear polyester compounds represented by the following formula (B). In the formulae, each of R1 and R2 is independently a C3-18 alkyl group and is identical to or different from each other, R3 is a C2-12 alkylene group or arylene group, R4 is a C3-18 branched alkylene group, and R5 is a C2-18 linear alkylene group.
