A manufacturing system of a pre-stressed synthetic beam is provided to secure the construction performance and the economic efficiency and to make and install the pre-stressed synthetic beam effectively. A manufacturing system of a pre-stressed synthetic beam comprises a height control block(100), a hinge connecting plate(200), and a sole plate(300). The height control block is set at the position where both end portions of the pre-stressed synthetic beam are supported. The hinge connecting plate includes a lower connecting plate(210) formed with a hinge connecting portion at the upper surface, and an upper connecting plate(220) formed with a hinge combined with the hinge connecting portion and a connecting unit projected upward. The sole plate is installed at the lower part of the both end portions for a steel beam and formed with a connecting unit installation portion projected at the upper surface corresponding to the connecting unit.
