HACKING PREVENTION METHOD FOR PHONE-BANKING SERVICE USING DTMF-CONVERTING DEVICE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A method and a system for preventing hacking of a phone banking service by using a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) conversion unit are provided to allow a user to use a phone banking service without being concerned about wiretapping. A phone banking service user inputs personal information through DTMF signals on an origination terminal(100). A conversion unit(110) converts the DTMF signals according to a conversion logic based on a certain authentication number. A receiving unit(150) generates the certain authentication number and transmits it to the conversion unit(110), and restores the converted DTMF signals inputted from the conversion unit(110). A phone banking server(160) receives the restored DTMF signals and performs a phone banking service for the phone banking service user.
