An ecosystem investigating and fish collecting ship is provided to reduce energy consumption by stopping an operation of a fluid pump. An ecosystem investigating and fish collecting ship includes a fluid suction tank(1), a fluid suction pipe(17), a fluid discharge pipe(13), a fluid pump(7), and an illumination device(6). The fluid suction tank is installed at an upper deck of a ship body to form a fluid suction tank space(14). The fluid suction pipe, a fluid suction hole(16), the fluid discharge pipe, and a fluid discharge hole(12) are formed in the fluid suction tank. The fluid pump operates to discharge internal air of the fluid suction tank space to an outside, thereby reducing pressure. This causes sea water to naturally enter in the fluid suction tank space. The illumination device is mounted at an upper portion of the fluid suction tank space.
