摘要
Catalysts, comprising zirconium oxide, titanium oxide and manganese oxide, for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene into styrene, which can obtain catalyst performance highly efficiently by a process that can exclude use of vapor, and that is environmentally friendly and economically beneficial by using CO2 in the reaction, preparation processes of the catalysts, and a production method of styrene monomer using the catalysts are provided. A composite oxide catalyst for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene into styrene comprises zirconium oxide, titanium oxide and manganese oxide. The composite oxide catalyst comprises 10 to 60 mole% of zirconium oxide, 10 to 40 mole% of titanium oxide and the balance of manganese oxide. The composite oxide catalyst further comprises 1 to 10 wt.% of at least one selected from potassium carbonate and potassium oxide. A preparation process of a composite oxide catalyst for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene into styrene comprises the steps of: dissolving a zirconium salt, a titanium salt and a manganese salt into a deionized water to prepare a solution, and forming a composite metal hydroxide precipitate; and filtering and drying the metal hydroxide precipitate at a reduced pressure, and firing the dried metal hydroxide precipitate.
