METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING DOUBLE-SPEED NARRATION VOICE-SIGNAL BY USING WHITE NOISE

A method and an apparatus for providing a double-speed narration voice signal using white noise are provided to minimize the deterioration of a voice quality and a voice tone through correction in a specific frequency band and add white noise so that a narration voice signal having the same tone as that of an original voice signal is provided to make an exact meaning. A key section(130) receives a double-speed signal of a voice signal and a white-noise-added signal from a user. A double-speed processor(150) performs a double-speed process with respect to the voice signal to create a double-speed voice signal. A correction processor(160) performs synchronization and synthesis for the double-speed voice signal and corrects the double-speed voice signal in a specific band to create a corrected signal. A white noise generator(170) generates white noise to add the white noise to the corrected signal. An output module(180) adds the white noise to the added voice signal to generate a white-noise added voice signal and transmit the white-noise-added voice signal to the speaker such that the white-noise-added voice signal is output as an audible signal. A controller(140) controls the double-speed processor and the correction processor according to the double-speed voice signal and the white noise-added-signal so as to control the double-speed process and the correction process for the voice signal. The controller(140) controls the white noise generator to control the addition of the white noise.
